This charismatic priest lives on a barge, "a boat chapel", on the Oise river : he greets and helps all the bargemen, who live on a barge with their family, and work for this economically frail river trading business.

The team of the Boat "I Serve" also welcomes and helps (with food, cloths, housing, friendship ...) social outcasts and illegal immigrants, and gives them a new start in life.
